Petmento staff will put your pet inside an ice casket to preserve the body. Then, a dedicated pet hearse will bring your pet to Petmento. Petmento staff will then clean the body and let him/her rest in the individual cooling space until the ceremony date.

A deposit of HK$500 will be collected during the pickup. The remaining balance can be settled on the ceremony date. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or FPS.

We welcome all pets, friends and families to attend the pet farewell ceremony.

You may choose to start the cremation yourself or our staff can do so for you. When the cremation has started, viewing is not allowed due to safety concerns.

Please feel free to bring along your pet’s favourite snacks, toys and fresh flowers to the farewell ceremony. If you wish to have them cremated together, Petmento staff will remove the packaging and items that are made of plastic or metal. Cremating plastic or metal items will damage the purity of the ashes of your pet.

It depends on the size of the pet. It ranges from 30 minutes to around 2 hours.

The disposable "heat-resistant pad" is used to make sure no remaining bones or ashes are left behind on the tray.

If the cremation ceremony finishes before 3pm, the pet's ashes can be collected on the same day of cremation. If the cremation ceremony finishes after 3pm, it is recommended to collect the ashes the other day to let the ashes cool completely.
